Hotel Spa Les Rives Sauvages is located in Malbuisson on the shore of Saint-Point Lake. The hotel offers a spa with an indoor pool, a hammam, a sauna and several relaxation areas. We were greeted by friendly staff who showed us to our room. We had an excellent view of the lake right in front of us from our balcony. The room was very clean and we had a mini bar, too. Our dog was given a treat pouch with a tennis ball, which was lovely. We were also given a flexible checkout time, too.

Each unit features a large working desk and a kitchenette.... Amazing Boutique Hotel, renovated with love of details, each room has its own atmosphere. The owner is so nice and attentive; she received us personally, gave us the tour of the property, and helped us out with every single question or request we had during our stay. The room we got was very spacious and had a balcony. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Breakfast is not included, but there is a very nice and spacious common kitchen on the first floor; the fridge has eggs, cheese, butter, etc. for free use of the guests. There is a bakery right next door, so no problem to get fresh bread / rolls in the morning. There is also a kitchenette in the room, but we didn't use it. Highly recommended.

Even though we only booked a room we became a whole chalet just for us! There is the main house of the owners with a restaurant and then there are about 6 chalets behind it. We had a beautiful big chalet with full equipped kitchen and nice big terrace with beautiful view. There were two lovely coats who came to visit our chalet. We could park the car right in front of the chalet. Good wifi. Nice area for hiking or biking.
