The staff was FIVE STAR! Let me say that Chloe especially took good care of us. The location of this hotel is also FIVE STAR, about a 7-minute walk to Acropolis and from there all museums and major sights are nearby. Great bakery down the street 4 blocks or so. There is a very nice open-roof terrace at the top with incredible views of Acropolis and the city. The room is perfect. No views per se except the street (which we knew and liked) - after all, it is in the city. We spent little time in the room anyway (as it should be) but I give the room a 10/10 anyway because it was just perfect in every way. We prefer to try different places when we travel back to the same town. In this case we would stay right here again! BOOK IT!!

The hotel was lovely, really cool interior design and the waterfall showers were a bonus. Loved the exposed stone/rock walls in the room, and windows opened to an open air atrium. Great rooftop terrace with views of the city for breakfast. Location was only a few minutes walk from nightlife activity, preferable for us because the city noise did not interfere with sleep, but still close enough that you’re just around the corner from restaurants/pubs, as well as a nice wine selection at reception for nights in. Staff was very friendly and so helpful with everything, our last morning we had to leave by 5am and the receptionist kindly arranged our taxi and packed us a light breakfast to take with us.

The hotel was pet friendly and they did give food, bed and so much love to our dog. In addition the breakfast and the room service was perfect!!! Highly recommend.ArbiFamily with young children

Some hotels claim to be dog friendly but in reality get grumpy when you show up with normal sized dogs. At the Nefeli we were all treated as valued guests. The value for money is outstanding considering the location in the Plaka and that it’s near a convenient parking garage.

We were made to feel very very welcome, so we will not hesitate to stay again- especially when we need to be on the north side of Athens to be well placed to continue on to sites like Delphi and Meteora. The hotel also has ample parking which is great.LonnyYoung couple
