Mauro was helpful from the very beginning. We got all the information about parking and getting to city without TLZ. The location is superb and there are lots of parking options around. We were given free tickets to the muppet museum and recommended sandwich shop was perfect! The room was spacey and clean.

It was within walking distance of all that we planned, including a short walk to the location of our tour. The elevator up to the fourth floor was such a treat giving us a glimpse into the past.
