I loved that they had hooks in entry for a coat and a set of hooks high on the wall for my hanging toiletry bag. Water pressure was adequate and the bathroom vanity had adequate lighting.

The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The man who arranges check-in a very fair and good-spirited person. He was the best part of this property and tried his best to accommodate me despite three major problems with the property. I cancelled my second night at Le Bon Moire and was given a full refund for that night without any problem. The gentleman who runs this property is a very good and decent fellow. I regret that I have to post such a negative review because I respect and value him tremendously as a person.

We stayed when it first opened just over two years ago, and we had a fantastic time. I was intrigued to see whether it had kept its high standards? We were not disappointed. If anything it has now developed it’s approach to quality and service which surpassed the previous experience.
